The summer is approaching the North and those that live there have been trying to find a way to escape that summer heat but still keep that wonderful weather going throughout the months. Well don’t we have the perfect place for you. San Blas Islands! Where the weather remains warm and tropical even in those winter months.
You may wonder what the islands have to offer. Well the islands offer plenty of sunshine, nature, jungles and breathtaking beaches. Now don’t take this the wrong way but this place is not for the faint at heart; its for those that enjoy their serenity, time, and total peace of mind. The islands are especially built for those that like to get plenty active with its untamed jungle and hiking trails. Along those trails and jungles you’re going to definitely bump into some interesting animals and great people.
The Indigenous family of these islands are known as the Kuna/Guna tribe which welcome tourists and those filled with curiosity. There are plenty of tours on the islands throughout the region led by different Guna family members. Most of the land tours end with a wonderful meal prepared by the “Leading Lady” and her family.
As you know our favorite place to be is exploring the waters and different sea life. If you ask any one of our Captains which place is their favorite you’ll never get the same answer, since there are so many different places to dock. The sea here is so diverse and full of “wow I’ve seen that on TV” moments it’s unbelievable. This region of this world has gotten so much to offer and with so little time.
